The team draw 0-0 against their fellow Portuguese side

Sporting Clube de Portugal played the first of two preparation matches on Wednesday morning against Portimonense SC. The team coached by Rui Borges drew 0-0, in a fixture played behind closed doors.

The following starting XI was fielded: Diego Calai; Zeno Debast, Geovany Quenda, Maxi Araújo, Gonçalo Inácio, Ousmane Diomande, Biel, Rayan Lucas, Lucas Anjos, Manuel Mendonça and Diogo Travassos.

Francisco Silva, Samuel Justo and Alisson Santos were also used.
