The players are put through their paces in a demanding session

The Sporting Clube de Portugal first team returned to training this Thursday at the Academia Cristiano Ronaldo in Alcochete, upping their intensity levels further.

Coach Rui Borges ran the team through a session focused on the Troféu Cinco Violinos, the game held this Saturday at 7:30pm against AS Monaco. The match will also mark the presentation of the Sporting CP squad to fans at the Estádio José Alvalade.

Another training session is scheduled for Friday morning at the Academia Cristiano Ronaldo.
